To which countries is the delivery carried out?
Delivery is carried out only on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Regardless of the chosen delivery method (pick-up point, courier delivery, tastamat, KazPost Post, EMS KazPost), it will not be possible to receive an order in another country.
Order retention periods
The shelf life of orders varies depending on the delivery method.
The order is stored at the pick-up point or courier center for 10 days. If you need to extend the shelf life of your order, you can do it yourself in your personal account on our website or application. To do this, you need to go to your order and select the option "Extend the shelf life". If the system allows you to extend the period, then you will see the corresponding function and will be able to extend the shelf life of the order for the proposed time.
Orders with the courier delivery method are not subject to an extension of the shelf life if the delivery date has already been selected.
The shelf life in the "Tastamat" pedestal is 48 hours;
The order will be waiting for you at the post office for 14 days.
After the expiration of the storage period, the order is automatically canceled. In this case, you can place a new order.
Partner order pick-up point
A partner order pick-up point (FLIP point) is a partner order pick-up point that is not designed in a corporate style. This may be a store with its own name, a post office, a pick-up point or another place provided by our partner for issuing orders. At these points, you can receive your orders placed through our online store. Please pay attention to the address and number of the office, since there are no large signs with the Flip logo at such pick-up points.
Our partner pick-up points have their own conditions for receiving orders:
Payment is made exclusively online, immediately upon placing an order.
There are no fitting rooms in these locations.
It is not possible to partially cancel the product in the order.
The refund is made after the goods are delivered to the nearest FLIP warehouse, then the money will be returned to your card.
